The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The celebration commenced with a prayer song invoking the blessings of God for the nation.
The auspicious lighting of the lamp was done by the Chief Guest Air Vice Marshal Dinesh Kumar Avasthi, the Principal Rev. Bro. Sudhakar Reddy, President of Alumni Association Mr. Mazhar Ali, Alumni Mr. Srisailam and Mr. Hemanth, the Head Boy Master M. Abhinav and the Head Girl G. Pooja Reddy of the school cabinet. The flag hoisting was followed by the pledge.
The Principal Rev. Bro. Sudhakar Reddy gave the Celebration Address and exhorted the students to stop brain drain and shine in India where they are planted. The Chief Guest delivered an inspiring message wherein he stressed the responsibilities we bear as citizens of free nation. The highlight of the day was the special song sung by the school choir and the Inter-House Competitions centered around the theme of the Independence Day ‘Progressive India’ with a vibrant display of creativity and talent.
After a tough but a fair competition, Bro. Stanislaus House stood first in the Bulletin Board decoration and Bro. John of God House for the group dance emerged victorious receiving accolades from both the judges and the audience.
The celebration concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Master C. Ajeet Sri Krishna, expressing gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the event.
On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, our school staff in collaboration with the St Paul’s Alumni and Shri PV Narasimha Rao Memorial Charitable Trust proudly hosted a blood donation camp, where 203 selfless blood donors generously rolled up their sleeves to contribute to this noble cause, embodying the spirit of freedom and service to humanity.
