REPUBLIC DAY & AWARDS DAY-2025

The 76th Republic Day and Awards Day  was celebrated with a sense of pride and patriotism at St.Pauls High School.

The programme commenced with the  introduction of the theme of Republic Day – Swarna Bharat-Virasat aur Vikas followed by a Prayer Song.

The school choir led everyone into an atmosphere of patriotism with the National Song -Vande Matram. Our senior most teacher, Ms.N.Vijaya Lakshmi had the honour of the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag. It was followed by administering of the Pledge.

The highlight of the day was a special parade by the NCC cadets of classes 8 and 9, reflecting their discipline,spirit and love for the Nation. Our Principal Rev.Bro.Sudhakar Reddy in his address encouraged the students to develop a sense of unity and pride in being an Indian.

The celebration continued with the distribution of the Scholarship Awards, Young Achievers Awards instituted by the School, Alumni members and teachers. A total number of 340 students received Academic Excellence Awards and 66 students received Cent Percent Attendance Awards ranging from classes 1 to 10.

A wave of excitement was seen among the students when the overall trophies were announced.

The Literary, Cultural and Sports Trophy were bagged by Bro.John of God House. St.Gabriel House bagged the Trophy in  Academic excellence category.

St.Montfort House bagged the Trophy for Discipline.

The overall Trophy for the academic year 2024-2025 was bagged by

Bro.John of God House.

The programme concluded with the National Anthem.

The 76th Republic Day at St. Paul’s Primary Block was celebrated with enthusiasm and patriotism. The event began with a prayer song invoking God’s blessings, followed by a patriotic song reflecting unity and pride.

A scripture reading highlighted cherished values, and tributes were paid to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar for his role in shaping India’s constitution. Students took a pledge to uphold unity and sovereignty, accompanied by a spirited rendition of  Vande Mataram.

A captivating portrayal of India’s Cabinet members emphasized the nation’s rich heritage and progressive development, resonating with the theme of Swarna Bharat, Virasat  aur Vikas.
The Vice Principal Ms. Suju Thomas addressed the importance of National Voters Day and inspired everyone to work towards a united and brighter future for India.

The programme included a Hindi poem, a speech, and a vibrant cultural showcase of dances and patriotic songs celebrating India’s diversity. The event concluded with gratitude to all contributors, reflecting the true essence of patriotism and unity.
