REPUBLIC DAY & AWARDS DAY-2024
The 75 th Republic Day and Annual Awards Day was celebrated on 26 th January 2024.
The Chief Guest for the Celebration was Ms. Bh. Sridevi who attained superannuation this academic year and the Special Guest was Sri B. Vijay Sen Reddy honourable justice of Telangana High Court and our alumnus 1986 batch. He unfurled the National Flag and addressed the audience. He exhorted the students to excel not only in academics but also in discharging their duties towards the Nation. He said that real success does not come with money but a person is recognised when he discharges his duties with great sense of social responsibility.
The Chief Guest Ms. Bh. Sridevi asked the students to have a deep sense of Nationalism. The Principal Rev. Bro. Sudhakar Reddy advised the students to stand by the Motto of the School “TRUTH IS LIGHT” and continue the legacy of the founding fathers of the constitution upholding equality, justice and fraternity.
Academic Excellence awards and Cent Percent Attendance awards were given to the students from classes 1 to 10. Scholarship awards to the best outgoing students of class 10 were given along with the Young Achievers Awards. Overall Trophies of the Inter House Competitions were declared amid jubilation of the students Bro. John of God house secured the Literary, Discipline and Academic Excellence trophies, Bro. Stanislaus secured Cultural Trophy and St. Gabriel House secured Sports Trophy. The Overall Trophy was bagged by Bro. John of God House.
