2nd Alumni Association of Hyderabad Province Meet

The 2nd Alumni Association of Hyderabad Province  Meet was held on 21st January 2024 at St. Paul’s High School, Hyderabad. Principals, teachers and members of Alumni from 14 schools attended this mega meeting.

          The program began with hoisting the flag of Montfort schools of Province of Hyderabad by the Provincial Superior Rev. Bro. Shine Alex. It was followed by the prayer song, lighting of the lamp and garlanding the portrait of St. Montfort.

          The school choir presented a song “ Man of Yesterday “, dedicated to the founder St. Montfort. The Principal, Rev. Bro. Sudhakar Reddy wholeheartedly welcomed the gathering and advised the members of alumni association to share their experience to strengthen the Montfortian spirit.

Rev. Bro. Sudhakar felicitated the Provincial Superior, Rev. Bro. Shine Alex. Then Rev. Bro.Shine Alex felicitated all the Principals from the province who attended the meeting.

In his address, Rev. Bro. Shine applauded the exceptional services of Montfort Brothers in pooling resources to serve the needy. He called upon the alumni Association to share their knowledge, expertise and experience in strengthening the Education Mission in the 21st century.

          The school choir then presented a melodious song “ Conquest of Paradise “ which exalted the path to success.  The Guest Speaker of the meet was Sri Ramesh Vemuganti, alumnus of our school 1973 batch. He advised the alumni association to use technology liberally and keep social networking active to strengthen their association 

The Principal Rev. Bro. Sudhakar Reddy gave guidelines through handouts wherein he suggested some activities which can be taken up at various schools according to feasibility.

 The vote of thanks was proposed by Asst Literary Secretary L.Sri Nitya and Asst.Head Boy  Abhinav M.

 The meet concluded with Flag folding and handing over ceremony. The flag was handed over to the Principal of N.S.M. Public school by Rev. Bro. Sudhakar Reddy as the 3rd Meet will be hosted at N.S.M Vijayawada school next year.
